my meaningful morning
I feed the cats, make coffee, then sit in my ‘prayer chair.’ I read two things each morning: the daily reading from the Science of Mind Magazine, and from my own book, And So It Is … A Book of Uncommon Prayer. By then the sun is streaming in the window bathing my chair in light, so I meditate on the Light, just feeling it and thinking about the radiance of the Divine. Next is my prayer work, and by the time I say ‘And So It Is’ (which is like ‘amen’) my spiritual fuel tanks are full and I’m ready for the day.
